My car was not drivable, so David arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car in under 1 hour. As they always have, Carlos & David went above and beyond to ensure I was informed regarding the status of my repair, insurance claim issues and most importantly, getting me back in my vehicle as soon as possible. Despite Allstate being difficult (as usual) with processing certain parts of my claim, David never bothered me and always answered his phone in a good mood.
