"We got our car from this dealership and had an incredible personalized experience from Keith Williams (Floor Manager). He was professional in all the paperwork, patient (he stayed late to deliver our car) and was attentive in explaining all the details of how our car works (over 30 minutes). He made the process as smooth as possible. We made 3 visits and drove off with our vehicle. We initially met with another sales agent-- he promised our car would be there on a specific day-- called us to let us know it would be there after 2:30PM. Then called 10 minutes later to inform us the car wasn't even in their warehouse-- but rather still in transit from Mexico and wouldn't be here at the dealership for potentially for a month. It really left a bitter taste in our mouth with that sales agent and the dealership. However, we spoke to Joe the manager-- he found us our car at a good price and Keith really sealed the deal and made our experience amazing again. Thank you Keith for making this deal happen for us.
