"I purchased a certified pre-owned GLE 350 from this dealership over the summer. The sales experience was pleasant and I was happy with my purchase. A couple months into owning the vehicle I started having some problems. There was a rattling noise, squeaking brakes and coolant was leaking. I made several service appointments and they were unable to solve the issues with the rattling noise and squeaking brakes. I got really frustrated and decided to take the vehicle to another Benz dealer. I am so happy that I did, because they informed me that the rooters are bad and they were also able to solve my issues."

"I never leave someone a 1 star but this place is a scam and if I could leave a negative 5 I would . Don't believe all the positive reviews on here do your homework . This place charged me an enormous amount for the problems that they can't fix . Brought it back after couple days and Paul the front desk person told me we need to charge money since it's something else now . Never encounter a dishonest auto place ever . They refused to fix the problem and come to terms to resolve the issues since they are so incompetent to determine what's wrong with my vehicle in the first place and now they wants more money to fix it again . The 12,000 miles warranty they don't even owned up to it . Be aware of these this place with dishonest and incompetent people working . Please don't waste your money and time here ."
