"I brought my vehicle here to receive it's 40,000 mile maintenance service (which included various fluids checked and/or changed). After picking it up I noticed a humming noise and immediately returned. I was told to drop it off first thing the next morning. I dropped it off at 9am and when i didn't hear from them all day, I called @4:45pm. I was told they didn't get a chance to check out my car but they would be on it first thing the following morning. The next day a friend of mine, who works in the vicinity of this shop, called to tell me that my car had been parked out front all day and still hasn't moved as of 4pm. I called immediately without letting them know that my friend was able to see my car from her job. I was told that unfortunately my car needed both front axles replaced and it would be unsafe for me to drive before doing so, that I must have hit a curb or two causing this damage. They actually said they were just taking my car off the lift now. Long story short, after having my husband take my car to another shop, the axles were perfectly fine, all I needed was the front pass wheel bearing replaced. Problem 100% solved for a fraction of the price. THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST, OPPORTUNISTIC CROOKS! Women beware, they will use deceitful tactics to pressure you into getting unnecessary work- and that's the only department where these guys are pros!"
