"I use this UPS frequently to ship out items but I went there a couple weeks ago to ship glass and had them Package it and it went to my destination in pieces. This week I paid an extra 15 dollars to have them package my glass items and the person assured me everything would be ok because an I paid for fragile packaging and they can even put fragile on the box. Again my package was delivered broken and in pieces. Be wary when shipping fragile items."
