"Beware of the shady work or should I say NON-work. I bought a new X5 from another dealer but came here for the service (oil/filter change) that was covered under warranty. I came religiously when service was due. As soon as the mileage was past warranty coverage I went to our mechanic for maintenance. He asked me if I ever changed the filters because they were filthy and the year on the filter was the year of my car which was 3 years prior to the date! He showed me the filter and it was beyond dirty! Very disturbing. Consumer beware."
