"I have been bringing mine and my wife’s vehicles to Smithtown General Tire for many many years. In fact, my entire family brings all their vehicles to them. Bob and Tom are very honest and thorough. Never had any issues at all. They explain everything well, give you options and are reasonably priced. The facility is very large and many mechanics are on hand at all times. Anytime I ever needed service, they were always able to get me in and taken care of. Bob is a master mechanic and I’ve never trusted anyone with my vehicles the way I trust him.
