"Highly recommend! Just moved in 2 weeks ago and I was coming from a difficult situation. Cat and the management team moved HEAVEN AND EARTH to make sure I got my apartment and had a place to sleep. They were with me every step of the way, answered every call, every email, and went above and beyond what I ever expected. If you have any issues, maintenance calls you right back and gets you fixed in no time. I haven't been here long but, it's been a fantastic experience overall."

"Nice small playground. Big beautiful pool. Maintenance men are always available and friendly. They clean the parking lot every morning. Nice area to walk my dogs. I wish they had a fenced in dog area. There is plenty of room for one. Apartment is nice size. Bedrooms are a nice comfortable size."

"This property can be nice if they would not only focus on the outside but do the same the inside of the apartment. I been living here for 4 years now and the place has gotten worse. We have a new manager every six months so it seems. The vents don't get cleaned. There is will never be a print job or carpet cleaning service to come and clean. There are a lot of moister so you will have mold problems eventually. So sad how they do working people that they know will not have the income to move."

"When I first moved into this apartment complex, Stephanie was the manager and this place looked terrible. There was mold in the walls outside, there grass/bushes were left without maintenance and the pool was never opened. Things were so bad that they didn’t even bother to show us the apartment before we moved in. Everything changed when Kelly Mullis became the new manager. This place changed tremendously because she made sure all of the issues were solved. Kelly has transformed this apartment complex to the point where I can confidently refer anyone to this place. Keep up the good work! :)"

"I have lived here three years now. The office turnover is very high. Not only does this company rotate and fire managers the actual office staff seems to change every 3-6 months. As for the community features the Fitness Center includes 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine and 1 stationary bike. The sparkling swimming pool has been closed for over half the summer each year I have been here! The "business center" is only available during the office hours, which are when people are at work. There is no large playground, there are a couple of swings and a slide. I am glad that they stopped advertising the storage and Wi-Fi, as there is no storage space provided and there was never any Wi-Fi. Each year I have had to renew my lease there have been problems. Either they didn't have me fill out a paper, the proper paper, or they lost something, then I get a call while I am at work telling me I need to come in that day to do something or they will have to cancel my lease. Not all the residents are bad, but the bad ones make the property really look bad. As there is trash everywhere, and although it is not the managements fault when it causes residents who don't trash the place problems they should do something about it. There is no place for kids to really play so they are in the middle of the parking lot, and there is not enough parking, because I work and my children have evening events we rarely have a spot near our building. The schools that are tied to this apartment complex are the better of CMS so that is a plus."
