"Looks like a nice and Quiet place to live. However do they still allow people to smoke in their apartments? Because if so I won’t rent there. Don’t want to smell smoke coming from other apartments and the smell gets into our apartment."
"In 2016 I had to move out because I didn’t pay rent for that month which was understandable. However, I was told once I pay my outstanding balance I was able to rent here again. Well this year I applied to the apartment complex did everything the manager asked and brought all the documents that was needed only to be told I was denied. I asked why was I denied? I was told it was because I was evicted from them back in 2016. No one said I would be ineligible to apply here if I was evicted. All that time waisted and false hope. I asked well can this be removed because it carries with me to every rental place I apply to, they say no. So now me and my kids are homeless thanks to one month’s rent not being paid which led to an eviction. I would give it a negative 5 stars but you have to give at least 1 star to comment."
"They don't help like they say they do. Handle business in worst way. Everything should not be abojt credit sore about working person. That why they keep so many empty Apartments opening. From head office just a wasye of time."
