"Pre ordered wings for my family so I could pick up after work, I get there and they weren't even started employees on duty had no clue so I had to wait 20 min. Very annoying"

"I’m in the fire department in the area. It’s gotten really dirty in the bathrooms and it appears really unsanitary behind the counter in the deli. I refuse to come in for subs anymore and only stop for something to drink on the way to work. Some of the crew doesn’t even seem to care of what the customers need and there has been no meatball and marinara with pasta in weeks."

"23 July at approximately 5:30 pm, my wife, a Korean national was ignored by the young man on duty. He left her standing at the register while he served two white men at another register who had come in later. The young man was named "Colin".I expect your company to train your employees treat all people equally, no matter what thier race or gender. This young man definitely need training and discipline."

"I stop here whenever I'm traveling through, but it's been a while and it's now a 7-Eleven. It's mostly the same, although the pastries section became a lineup of drink machines. Anyway, the deli staff were very nice, in my experience, and there's little or no waiting in line for checkout. The sub I got was big and didn't skimp on the fixings."

"Employees do not wash their hands before putting gloves on to make food! Food safety needs to be priority one. Customer service #2. Sub rolls are routinely underbaked and glue-like. No offer is ever given for a roll that is properly baked. They assume you’ll accept this inferior quality with no mention. Note: It is polite to verbally interact with customers. Grunting and looking down while mumbling is about par for the course with this new working generation. You make decent wages, need to function in society. Act like you’re alive and happy to be so!"
