"Last year I posted a review about the customer service at the pharmacy desk at the Lowville location in Kinney’s. After continued visits to this location, I discovered the customer service at the pharmacy desk is actually superior to other locations. While a couple bad eggs can pop up anywhere in retail, I’ve realized the good eggs (employees who strive for excellence) are more important and worth writing about. The patience, kindness and willing to help employees at the pharmaceutical desk has been a very important key to this upgraded review. I highly recommend this location for all of your needs and appreciate the kind people who make this pharmacy run so smoothly."
