"This place looks like it would be a great place since it's inside of a gated community, but once you see the inside of it it looks a little rundown. Maintenance is not a big on their to-do list it seems. Would definitely not pay 800 to $1,000 for these apartments."

They do allow pets if they are either service animals or emotional support animals. This complex is the nicest one here in this county and is the most professionally run and organized compared to its competitors."
