"Nice looking and clean on the outside, very nice assistant manager, but for some reason and excuses, management would not let me view any apartment and made an excuse, even when I asked to make a future date to drive back up from hrs away, (but wanted an application fee, which I had, yet was unwilling to leave), for the reason stated-no tour-red flag! Now watch the response from this review below. I was very willing to drive back later just to tour an apartment. My only option, wait till one is available, hope to be approved, and view it on move in day and "already signed one year lease" option!! I have NEVER moved in an apartment with out first seeing one, EVER! People don't ever sign a lease before you do a walk through ON move in day, if things are dirty and broken, and management promises it will be fixed, don't sign until they fix EVERYTHING first, then do another walk through, and turn on all electric appliances to see if everything is fixed PLEASE! Don't ever put yourself and family where you HAVE to take an apartment, because you have nowhere else to go temporarily, if at all possible!, you'll get blamed for the past residents damages, then have to fight it in small claims court! Take videos of walk through and any damages, YOU get a signed agreement FROM management that THEY agree to fix things with in an allotted and acceptable time. My daughter signed a lease, with the promise of things being fixed, (in another town), three years later nothing fixed, her balcony is dry rotted and unusable! Just a word of advice. :)"
