"Been here for two + yrs, manager is a good guy, as is maintenance! Pretty good place to live! Every place has issues, but the manager deals with any of that promptly!! New machines in laundry room, a little festive music on select holidays, limited to appropriate time frames so as to accomodate everyone. I give Bartlett Arms Apts. 4 out of five stars... thank you mr. Robert!!!"
