"Takes too long for drivers to show up to pick people up and the wait times are between 1/2 hour to almost a full hour sometimes longer. Multiple times calling and being told that drivers are on the way but still waiting."
"Nice people but try to avoid their transportation services if you possibly can. My mom is supposed to get picked up at 3:30 and brought home. That’s what her insurance pays for. Today (not for the first time) she’s gotten picked up an hour late and won’t be home until almost 7 pm. That’s way too long on a medical transport without access to drinks or bathrooms or anything."
