"My daughter brought her CRV in to have the breaks done. They told her $1,000 on the phone. When she picked up the car, the total bill was $1,900. I also have a CRV and recently had my front & rear breaks done at a Honda dealership for $740. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of a young female. I feel they totally up charged her and I would not recommend them."

"The phone conversations were friendly and pleasant but when I showed up for appointment, the guy said I don't have you down for appointment and all bays were full. I said i spoke to Jesse and asked if he was there and guy said yes and kept looking at computer instead of asking him about it. I said am I on there or not and he said no but we will try to get you in. I said forget it."
