"I called this wonderful team of 4 people unannounced on a Friday afternoon. I was scheduled to pick up a boat I was buying later that evening. I had rented a truck to bring it to them but called unannounced very late on Friday...I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge & installation skills of Sherri Bishop, Bob Barron, Jerry Bramer & Scott Weeks...between these 4 people I had my prepurchased parts & their parts in stock & recommended installed at very reasonable prices the same day but really late on a Friday...I knew they were swamped...& I wouldn't necessarily count on the ability to have them do this so late on a friday, but they had a tiny window left & instead of closing and going home for the weekend & having me wait until sometime the following week or two, they just banged it out and I was able to buy & retreive my new boat that night! So greatful for Brooks Trailers Team...unreal skills & knowledge, everything I didn't have was in stock...just a fantastic team & business. My forever trailer place, if they'll have me back that is lol... Thank You all so much my trailer is lit perfectly and I could not be happier! Cheers to you 4! Kevin"
