"This guy works on his own time. Never answers the phone, beats around the bush and never gives you an honest answer about anything. My step son had to get a loan to get his car fixed before leaving for the Marines. We gave him a month notice that head his money to pay for it, now 2 days before he leaves and this guy still hasn't even moved his car from the weeds yet. He makes broken promises and doesn't deliver on them. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. He's a waste of time and money. Also, he won't top off fluids after doing work on your motor. You have to do that yourself. This guy shouldn't even own his own garage, he doesn't deserve it for the lack of work he does. Extremely unprofessional."

"Unprofessional, unprepared and lacking communication. Had a 3PM appt to get winter tires mounted and balanced and an oil change. Called a few days before to ask to add on 4 new valve stems to give him enough time to order parts if he needed to, was told no problem. Show up for the 3PM appt and I’m told the tire machine broke THAT MORNING, won’t be fixed until tomorrow. He did admit he never called me but probably should have. So we rescheduled for the following week and I reiterated everything I needed done, including the valve stems. Show up the following week and I’m told he doesn’t have the valve stems for my car make, he has to order them, Can reschedule ANOTHER week out. I can’t do it, it’s already December and I need my winter tires on. Not bringing my business back here again! Just glad he never got a dime from me."

"I called for a appointment for my tires to be changed. I brought my car in and left it at the shop. I was told on a Friday it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday comes allong and I pick up car and he says he didn't have time to get to it. It takes less than a hour to put on snow tires!!"

"Our van broke down in Colton, NY. The closest auto repair shop was Route 56 Auto. The timing belt gave up the ghost & trashed the engine. Tim and his crew replaced the engine ( 197,000 miles)within a weeks time and our van runs just fine. If I was from the local area I would certainly bring my vehicle's to Route 56 Auto."
