"This same lady who provides the ticket to start the order treated everyone on the line terribly. She was treating the adults and families on the line with no respect, no kindness, and was fully rude to everybody. This front desk lady needs to be fired asap. The rest of the workers were lovely and so kind, but that front desk lady was yelling at everybody and treating them as if they were animals. This is not exaggeration, I wish I was lying. She needs to go. In fact, she humiliated my daughter causing her to cry and kicking her out in front of everyone just because she wanted to buy a pair of shoes for school. Another lady, who was very kind, came to us and helped us find it and buy it. Everybody else at Flynn O'Hara were very kind and respectful, but the front desk/ ticket lady was not. I never saw such terrible customer service in my life and it was from only that ticket lady. She needs to learn how to respect people and not yell at little kids and adults. Her actions need consequences."

"Went to exchange my daughters uniform for a smaller size, went in , was greeted and helped immediately by Patience she was so kind , and didn’t feel rushed at all . At the last min I remembered I needed a few more things and was helped again by Jacob who was super helpful and kind as well. This stores atmosphere is very family oriented! Everyone worked together as a team to assist me with my needs. Very efficient and compassionate ppl even to each other . Thanks again !"

"I can’t thank Matt enough for the help on picking my daughters uniforms. He made this process such a breeze! As soon as we walked in we were checked in and greeted by Matt who went over all the items the school requires and the sizes available. I was able to have my daughter try on different sizes to ensure we got the perfect fit. Matt was so patient through out the whole process. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help inform shopping."

We dealt with Noelle and Diane who were a tremendous help. My daughter was in between sizes and we were able to find the perfect fit. Even though I’m closer to the Glendale store, I prefer the plainview store."
