"I purchased a new brand of very expensive baby undershirts, and they ripped a few days after opening, I went back to the store and they told me "Go contact the company directly!" I was very disappointed as it is self understood that the store should take responsibility for the products they sell and they should've taken it back and refunded or at least given store credit."

"Just an overall horrible experience, they are shallow, with so many places to shop in this block why bother with these type of people!! Shameless The day we arrived they closed at 530 we arrived at 510and wouldnt let us walk around to see what they have and shut the door in our faces, we figured they were tired so we went back the next day and to our surprise they didn't even greet my wife even after 40 minutes shopping there, didn't help her even though the store was empty, and there were 5 ladies doing nothing.. Now I understood why it was empty.. Thy didn't even offer her a fitting room.. We just left everything and went to other stores around the neighborhood and it was great I'm other places.. My wife and relatives will simply always avoid this store."
