"What a bunch of thieves! Putting stuff on my plan changing my number without telling me anything. Then I go back talk to management and try to make an appointment at 6:15 when I get out of work...but he says he can't make an appointment an hour before he closes. What a joke I feel awful. I am sick to my stomach over all of it. I mean the money you spend what a joke. I feel violated. I wish I never went there."
"Tried to come at 4pm on a Sunday and the store was completely closed. Hours posted and online said the store was open until 6pm on Sundays. No sign was posted saying out for lunch or temporary hours or anything. Really frustrating."
"Customer service was terrible. 2 employees just stood there talking, didn't even acknowledge we were there. The rest of the employees were out back. Finally, we waited on, and I had questions concerning charges on my bill. One of your employees was so rude to us that I felt so embarrassed around other customers that I just gave up and left."
"The sales person was cold to me. I'd ask questions about the item I was purchasing and he would not even acknowledge me. All he seemed interested in was making brownie points and his commission. Didn't even say thank you at the end. I spent over $1200.00 and that's how I was treated. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE NOR GO BACK!"
