"We made reservations on Open Table for a group of 17 on a Saturday night. We got there a little early and our tables were already marked reserved. We walked by lines of people and were seated immediately. Serena served our entire group. She was amazing…. Very attentive and accurate! The rest of the crew helped prepare and serve ALL of us in short order and almost simultaneously! We all got different dishes and everyone was very pleased with their meals. Our hats off to Manager Brian and his great team. We highly recommend and plan to return soon!"

"I was happy to visit Champps at Eastview Mall the other day. I've always liked the spaciousness and their selection. I had a Margherita Flatbread with Pesto. It was simple but I prefer that. It hit the spot. My husband had the turkey club. Although he said it was average, he did think the waffle fries were better than most. The service was very good, which is saying a lot considering how short-handed most places are these days.If you're over at the mall or not, it's worth the stop."

"A nicely appointed bar and grill with loads of seating. Family friendly. A good menu selection and the food is more than adequate for this type of setting. The staff are always friendly, especially the bartenders. Though it is located next to the mall, it has the vibe of a neighborhood establishment."

"That’s a no for us. If there is a non-negotiable list of menu items a Rochester sports bar should do well, it surely includes fried things and burgers. So why are these mozzarella sticks (bricks, whatever) under done, the cheese on the sliders not fully melted, the french fries luke warm? Check please."

"My wife and I were here once before, but only for drinks. Today, we had lunch, and it was very good. I had a burger that was huge and cooked just right. I also subbed out fries for onion rings, and I'm so happy I did. The onion rings were excellent, maybe the best I've had. My wife had a salad and potato soup, and she really enjoyed that. The food came out very quickly, and our server was very friendly and checked on us twice. Highly recommended if you are at the mall or in the Victor area."
