"The store in Alden is where I purchased my new phone. Yesterday they removed my service off my old phone and failed to activate service on my new phone. We transferred everything that I wanted like photos etc. Tried calling and both numbers on a functional phone but they were both closed. I ended up waiting 24 hours to have service again. After calling the Customer service number. I was beyond aggravated!!"
