"The sign for their 75 cents wings on Thursday drew us in. So glad we stopped. Wings were fantastic, bartender was incredibly nice, and the band playing (Friends) was really good with a playlist that fit into this 50-somethings wheelhouse! Highly recommended! Returning tonight for their Fish Fry (fresh, not frozen). Next night: Fish fry to go was excellent and plenty of it. Fish cooked to order, potatoe salad, mac salad, slaw, fries, lemon wedge and tartar sauce for $15 (July 2023). Support the vets and get some fantastic food, drink and entertainment."

"Excellant Fish Fries I ordered 5 three were to go for neighbors in my complex.Large lightly beer battered Haddock with delicious sides all made in house. I had a bowl of Manhattan Clam Chowder lots of Fresh Vegetables and Minced Clams great service we love it there"

"This VFW was fun. last night on Thanksgiving Eve my band Split Rails played here. We were warmly welcomed by Diane and Eric. The patrons were easy going and congenial. We had a blast. The food, especially their wings, was so good. Stop in and say hello to Diane, Eric, and Larry, you'll be glad you did. I can't wait to visit here again."

"Very nice and friendly staff and super low drink prices. They had an outstanding band playing named Midlife Crisis and the pub fare was tasty and inexpensive also. We all had a great time."

"I've only been here a few times with a friend. I am not a veteran, but the atmosphere is welcoming. Drinks are reasonably priced and the food is great. The cook usually will hand serve your food and come back later for comments."
