"Read the edit: (Can I just say, I love Pat's! Best pizza in the area! I hate sweet sauce on pizza, they don't use sweet sauce. I like extra crispy wings and hate asking and getting soggy wings anyway, never happens here! Guys, if you haven't tried Pat's yet, give them a try! Seriously! I can't say I've never had bad food here, but I can say that management apologized, and it felt sincere; then they have me credit towards my next order. I absolutely love this place and the employees attitudes and friendliness.) Edit: 11/4/23 I've never seen "thin crust" offered, by we got 2 2 slice specials with crust so thin it was almost non existent. The replacement slices were just a hair thicker, at least thick enough to kind of pick them up. So when you prep dough too far in advance, and it sits out to long, it won't rise in the oven. Surprise... Some people know this, some people have worked in food before. And I very highly didn't appreciate the cook coming out and starting me down when I came to pick up the replacement. I am so disappointed in my favorite pizza place... Guess I can drive to Eden or Hamburg if I want pizza, and if I want subs, there's always Maria's."

"The tip demand when I put in my credit card was really annoying. I’ll pay in cash next time. My husband and I really wanted to hate on this place. We got 2 slices each to go. They didn’t warm them up so they were luke warm and still fantastic. Pepperoni was really good and the chicken pizza was nice. Great flavors! Good pie. Will visit again."

"Pats has parking spaces. Maria's down the street has less parking but better food and service. Maria's is fast and has slices always ready. Pats is slower, more greasy, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Slices weren't too hot even after waiting 15-20 for them. You're better off going to Maria's down the street as I have tried both and Maria's is superior hands down. From the home made sauces to the secret dough Maria's is quality with speed as Pats is just convenient location"

"Mistakes happen when making food. However, having to bring it back then wait for a new cooked pizza is absolutely absurd. No credit, no I am sorry, no offer to deliver another pie, nothing but a well bring it back then. From one business owner to another, your staff is rude and costing you a lot of money."

"We ordered take out. I was happy to find out they offered fish fry 7 days a week. I loved my fish- it was super crispy on the outside, and thick, bright white on the inside. It tasted amazing! My husband got their julienne salad and said it was very good. Unfortunately, my sister’s family shared a pizza and they were not fans of it. They said it tasted like frozen. But my Aunt and cousins order their pizza all the time and love it."
