"The store opens at 8:00am, why was the store not open by 8:20am when i left?? I went up to the doors at 8:02 and they were closed. Went up at 8:15 waited till 8:20 and the doors still wernt open. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot, I went back to my car, saw one of the cars leave. I ended up leaving aswell and going to Walmart. If a store cant even open on time, it says a lot about the company and employees."
"I’m a prescribing physician, on hold for hours waiting to speak to pharmacist. Was even told to call back after their 30 minute lunch break from 1:30-2:30pm. Seek care elsewhere."
"Went as I always do my photo printing from there. There about the last of the places you can get photos printed. They do a really good job and they have so many options for items with your photo added to it. You can order through their app,or at the store with their kiosk machine."
"It’s about 1:15- 1:20 pm and I asked the pharmacy technician where a certain OTC medicine is. She tells me it’s in the next isles. Then I asked about a prescription that was sent over recently and she asked my name. The pharmacist was working on it now. So I go to the isle (one isle over) and am having trouble finding it. It was in a security case at the bottom and found it finally. As I approach the end of the isle heading to the pharmacy window I hear clanking. They closed for lunch! The technician didn’t go above and beyond to help me by showing me where the OTC meds were. Not only that, but failed in her service to inform a paying customer who is the only one in the store waiting! That is the rudest thing not to clue in a customer that we are about to close in a few minutes and your prescription won’t be ready for a half hour! The only good thing was the cashier at the front apologized several times for the technician’s lack of courtesy!"
"Pharmacy is very unprofessional. Instead of explaining to my daughter that our insurance did not cover her prescription. They yelled at her made her cry. Telling her to pay out of pocket. This was her first time going to the doctor as an adult, an on her own. I just had her doctor send it to rite aid. They took care of it. Never again Walgreens!"
