"I came in about a week ago for their happy hour and had a great experience! They have a nice happy hour menu, I got a smaller portion of the cucumber salad that was seasoned well and a great portion for an individual app. For my main, I had gotten the burger which was DELICIOUS. The double patty with cheese gives you the perfect bun to meat ratio. Grilled to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The side of potatoes have a great crunch with a wonderfully fluffy interior and an even better side of chimichurri. Quite frankly I’d buy the chimichurri by the jar if I could. Lastly, for dessert I had the olive oil cake. It was nice and light, the brown butter applesauce added a nice balance. The fennel sugar smelled like fennel but was overpowering to the palate. And to top it all off I had a great stout with my meal as well. Overall, great atmosphere with great food to pair. I look forward to returning again."

"The double cheeseburger is THE BEST BUGER IN THE WORLD. Everything about this burger is perfection. Plus, the side of amazingly hot and CRISPY potatoes are the greatest side ever made. The cocktail menu is impeccable. I had the “Secret Sipper” - Saffron infused vodka with some other magic, served in a nifty pineapple shaped glass with some pink peppercorns on top. It’s truly great! This place is delicious. The staff is the best. Marble and Rye is ELITE. Thanks for the great night. Much Love ❤️"

"Marble & Rye is truly a special place. From the great atmosphere, to the incredible menu, this restaurant is easy to include in a list of the best restaurants in Buffalo. I started with the spicy cucumber salad which was life changing. I am so thankful they have a video of the recipe on their Instagram because I will 100% be making this at home. It hit so many different flavors and textures! Next I had the double cheeseburger. Living in NYC, I’ve had many smashed burgers and this one tasted so fresh! It was served with super crispy potatoes, and two dipping sauces. I personally love ketchup, but these dipping sauces (Chimichurri & Crème Fraiche) went so well with the meal that I didn’t miss it. We ended with the donut ice cream, which was very delicate in flavor. It was the perfect treat to wrap up the meal! Next time I want to try their pizza, and maybe a cocktail or two"

"I went for their burger and beer special on a Wednesday and was not disappointed! The double cheeseburger came out piping, hot and well assembled along with a side of potatoes. Also had a nice little dipping sauce which I’m not quite sure I how to describe, but it tasted really good with the potatoes and on the burger. The beer was just a draft lager, which I can’t recall now and I also got one of their happy hour cocktails, the Bourbon + Tea, which was oh so smooth. I had been to Marble and Rye in the past and it definitely looks like its had a bit of a makeover since. There’s a cool arcade console in the back part of the restaurant that has a lot of classic games on it which is a fun with a buddy or two."
