Miller's Meat Market is a unique institution located at 6525 Number Four Road in Lowville, New York. We are a one-stop-shop for all your custom cutting needs, offering on-site livestock harvesting and processing. Our large hanging cooler allows us to age carcasses for a minimum of 10 days, while our state-of-the-art smokehouses produce a variety of delicious custom products made in-house. We cut and vacuum pack your meat to your exact specifications.

During the fall season, we transform into a Venison Processing Plant, where we expertly process venison into steaks, burgers, sausage, and specialty products. Our Deluxe Venison Package allows you to bring in your venison whole and take it home vacuum-packed and ready to enjoy.

In addition to our in-store offerings, we now provide online purchasing options with select pick-up dates or drop-off locations for added convenience. Our freshly ground beef, Country, Hot, and Sweet Sausage, fresh-cut steaks, Jerked meats, and specialty burgers are all popular choices among our customers.
