"Whoever worked there on 09/21/2023 at 6 pm has the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. As soon as I walked in the door, she looked visibly irritated ( I understand they were almost closed) however, I approached the woman who was clearly not friendly, nor would greet me after greeting her. She wasn’t able to verify my check, which I’ve cashed there before, so I had a few questions and she continuously cut me off and would raise her voice and not even let me finish a question. I still kept my composure. All in all, this was the worst customer service and most rude, unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered. Hopefully you guys can hire more patient, friendly, or at the least, professional employees in the future."
