"Good selection, great prices (if you hit a sale, and generally nice staff. Last week a register receipt failed to print so a manager was called. She came up, couldn’t get it to print, got frustrated, so told the register guy to get my name and address. I asked her if she’ll know which sale was mine and she said “Yeah, I got it!” After walking away, I got her name because I think we all know she wasn’t getting my receipt. A week later, I still haven’t received it! Poor management customer service!"
