"Terrible customer service experience with the Napa Lackawanna store today. Spent half hour on hold. Then went to store and received an attitude from the gentleman behind the counter. Refused to call the Michigan store to see if they had the part, stated it was closed. Side note.... had a wonderful experience at the Michigan road store. Thank you"

"Went into the store 10 minutes before closing and asked for two parts which I previously viewed online and knew were available. I was told by the employee who seemed annoyed I was there that both parts were in their warehouse and I was given a very high price to deter me from buying it. When I got home and looked at their site the tie rod and belt I was looking for were labelled as "available." Oh and the cost for the tie rod was $21.00 and I was told that it was $67.99 which is true for a higher end part that also was "available." And, yes I did have the proper store selected when checking inventory. Clearly the associate just didn't want to be bothered by a last minute sale. I'm an Advance person and this was the first time I was giving a NAPA a chance and it is the last time."
