"Clean & well organized establishment. Friendly and professional staff. Good range of Japanese products and cuisine. Good prices and a decent amount of parking, depending on time and day."

"First, I’ve searched many “Japanese Market” to find Fruit Sando. Places like Mitsuwa in edgewater, NJ. The Japanese market near the Brooklyn navy yard. And other various Japanese market and they didn’t have it. This place has it even if it’s not as spacious. They also have a space to sit down and eat dishes like ramen and takoyaki. Because of Mike Chen of Strictly Dumplings i wanted to visit Japan just to get a fruit sando from a conbini, and now I don’t have too!"

"I picked up some fresh (super frozen) Bluefin Otoro, Chutoro and Akami as well as some Japanese staples to make a nice nikiri sauce for a home made sushi night. The pieces were very fresh, a nice cut at the right size for a decent value. The staff was very welcoming and helpful."

"Great addition to the area. They have a wonderful little eating area in the back of the store with yummy ramen and takoyaki balls. My son also loved their fried chicken. I hope they get enough foot traffic though because they’re in the back of a real estate office and next to an under construction spot so the place can easily be missed. They’re right across the street from Home Depot. I got the ramen and was disappointed at first because I thought they forgot my broth, but the broth was underneath the noodles and meat and were just separated with the plastic lid and I didn’t realize it for a minute or so. So just a heads up if you’re getting ramen to go from here for the first time. Lol!"
