"Dropped my BMW off on 1/3/19 for basic inspection. Mechanic called me stating that I would need new front brake pads in order to pass inspection. After telling me the price of brake pads + inspection = $170 (which I repeated back and he confirmed), I gave him the OK to work on my car. When picking up the vehicle, he changed the price to over $200 and told me $170 was to change brake pads ONLY. I reminded him of our conversation earlier and he said “I know what I said— I said it was for brake pads with sensors” which was not true. When I was tired of debating, I agreed to pay the money so I can get my car back and he told me he will only accept cash! He also was only willing to provide a receipt for the inspection alone at $37. They are not trustworthy and the way they do business is fishy. I have never written a negative review but I feel that others should be warned. I will not be using this shop again! I would give zero stars if I could!"
