"I spend a lot of money at AutoZone and so do a lot of people. We deserve to be treated with respect at all times . The female manager with the big black glasses gave me a hard time on returning a item . She did not want to help me and told me to call customer service because she couldn’t figure out the problem. She couldn’t find the item in her system . So another male worker asked if I bought it at another location. I said yes . So turns out because of AutoZones policy I had to bring it back to the original place of purchase. But this worker had no right to give me a attitude and try to brush me off as if I am a inconvenience. Good thing the other worker was there to calm things down and solve the issue . I couldn’t see why she wasn’t able to help and she is the manager. My advice is do not lie to customers and try to insult our intelligence especially when you’re the manager. I was shocked and really getting upset that she just wanted me to go away. But I refused and would not leave until the problem was solved."
