"I am terribly upset that the staff members served good that was not fresh. Today, we purchased two Dunkin Wrap which consist of sausage and eggs. The wraps were not fresh as I was able to take the sourness of the eggs. We tossed the wraps in the garbage. When you are serving the people, you must ensure that the food is fresh, so your customers will not get sick. Please check your food out before serving it to the customers."

"This is the closest Dunkin to where I live and It’s not a good. They once gave us stale Munchkins and I went back with the receipt and this skinny old lady gave me lots of attitude for it and the second time I gave an order for three items and didn’t get one of the things I ordered so I went back the next day with a receipt and she kept talking over me and was visibly irritated. They provide the worse costumer service and don’t even know how to make a latte and always burn the sandwiches"

"I'm starting this of by saying that this place has the worse costumer service you can ever imagine. Monday, October 16th around 9pm. I decided to take my kids to this location to experience DD for the first time but this cashier ruined this experience for us. We ordered drinks and Donuts but then she gave us the wrong donut, so then I told her in the nicest way possible that it wasn't the one I asked for but then she proceeded to give us attitude and have the audacity to say "you don't know what kind of donut this is?" and I told her "I just want the donut that was labeled 'vanilla' on the rack". When we were trying to enjoy our food on the dining table, she intentionally sat there while talking & laughing extremely loud on the phone. This was an upsetting experience for me & my kids and I hope nobody else will have to experience this situation."

"This Dunkin' Donuts location is very sad, and you can see all the reviews with dissatisfied customers complaining. I live in the neighborhood, and it's hit or miss. I ordered from the mobile app, and it's more miss than hit.. It's so sad to see so many dissatisfied customers, and there is no reaction from the manager. Why should I spend my money at a place that doesn't care if they give good service or not. And you see a few 5 star comments. Those are just the lucky ones. No worries, I will go a little further to spend my money where the customer is appreciated and matters.. This store can get bad reviews back to back... no response.. and that's okay, but not for me."

"Me and coworkers agree this location can be either a hit or miss. We ordered iced coffee they sent a hot coffee with an iced sticker. The bag that they sent with our breakfast was dirty and disgusting we're not going eat anything from it. The delivery guy made it clear to us that he didn't do it and we could tell it was from the store. Just take the time to give customers the service they're paying for. This is hygienicly disgusting."
