"I shop here often, and staff is usually nice. Lost 5 stars from me due to Deli cutting. Staff there is rude, passive aggressive, extremely slow, and just absolutely disorganized. Put an order in over 45 minutes in advance and they had the nerve to tell me I’m going to have to wait in the nastiest way. It’s a shame since my experience everywhere else in this store has been great…. So disappointed about it"
"I was very disappointed that I could not find Streit's Potato Pancake mix, which use to be a every day staple all year long not just during the holidays in Stop and Shop. I did ask for assistance and they did try to find the product for me and they were very nice and polite. But they did not have it, so I went elsewhere. Have a good and safe holiday. Good bye"
"Since their grand opening in 2019, their kitchen looks really nice. They make the best corn and I think this is one of the best grocery stores to go to. Their prices are really good, and I like the robot to clean spills rather than the workers having to do it."
"I go on the Stop and Shop website and download online coupons to my rewards card. Rewards cards are available at the Customer Service desk. Prices of food are higher than that of Shop Rite but lower than that of King Kullen. The produce department is excellent. Fruits and vegetables stay fresh for days. However, I am disappointed in the quality of meats. The rib eye steak was so bad I had to spit it out. Overall, this store is satisfactory Update: On 6/16, I called Customer Service and provided them my rewards card number. A representative said that the “rib eye” matter will be investigated."
