"Went to Costco today with my family and had the worst experience of my life! My mother in law is an anxious person to begin with which is why she carries her service/ emotional support dog with her who is registered! We were stopped at the entrance door by an employee who told us that he was calling a supervisor! After waiting 10 embarrassing minutes with people walking past us while I am a black card member and constant back and forth between staff to get a supervisor Veronica the supervisor showed up and treated us like we were absolute garbage I am appalled to the response received by her! She told us that Costco does not allow emotional support dogs and called it a “poochie” dog regardless of telling her he smells low blood sugar and helps with her public anxiety.I’ve never had an issue going to any Costco with my mother in law and her service dog. They ask whether it is a service dog and allow us to proceed since it is not required in New York to have a vest nor ask the duty of the dog ! Veronica was not attempting to understand nor listen to anything we had to say. Is my mother in law not allowed to shop at Costco regardless of her disability? This is ridiculous I wish no one to experience this type of behavior from a Costco!"

"This is definitely one of the best Costcos on Long Island for bulk shopping or picking up summer essentials. I find myself going there roughly every two months. The staff is super helpful and friendly. You can snag some really good deals, but be sure to double-check that you're actually saving money. While many items are cheaper than at a supermarket, a few might end up costing a bit more in the long run."

"I love this store! The guy doing the demo for the superfood has phenomenal information. I have been buying this product on Amazon for quite a bit more and he explained to me why I need to drink this . I love the product and I will continue to come to that store to get it."

"This is by far the worst advent calendar for dogs. How do only certain Costco’s get the bark one that has been at all of them before?! I called and spoke to an amazing person who said none were delivered to the northeast of the U.S. which I think is crazy! Nothing against this Costco specially!!"

"Lots of variety at costco. If u pay for a membership to shop, this is the preferred place. The Executive level is $120 but it allows you to get 2% of your annual purchase back in a certificate to use or cash out. Costco has become part of the American way. From blackberries to bundt cakes, they have you covered. Today , 9/1/23 I went to Costco again for odds n ends. They didn't have those so I got other things lol. Blackberries, izze lemonade (both on sale). Oh n Hershey syrup, 2 bottles for $4.97 since it's discontinued perhaps. Same price as izze above. Must be deleted for good. Oddly they do not allow members to order food court items at the front end registers ANYMORE. Can not do it at self checkout either. I say bad move because ordering it before you end shopping, having to order at computers at food court, delays rhe time for you to complete your shopping experience. Who would change policy at that building and not at one at nesconset? I actually laughed instinctually when a red vested employees told me."
