"Ordered paint, picked out the color from their site. Was suppose to be a canary yellow they shipped a goldish brown. No refund. It was not even close to the color. Not much we can do from Illinois. We should have known better than to order paint on line. Not even close to what we ordered."

"Paint was of extremely low quality, especially their primer. spent several hundred dollars on their paint kits. Printed out their instructions, followed them to a T and the paint started flaking within a few months due to poor bonding characteristics of their primer. Color match was significantly off but I wouldn't have cared as long as the paint held up but unfortunately it didn't. At first I thought I got a bad batch of primer but it turns out their primer is just this bad because I ordered multiple cans of primer, mixed them thoroughly but they were all of equally low quality (despite being from separate orders). My advice to you is DO NOT USE the primer they provide on their kits, it will ruin your project and cost you dozens of hours of re-work. Be wary of their base coats. Clear coat was the only one that was decent but that becomes irrelevant once the paint starts flaking and peeling from the poor primer. Very dissatisfied with my experience. I will probably have to re-do my whole project as a result of their primer not bonding. More than a dozen hours of prep and work down the drain."
