"Beds hard as rocks, and very old. On site staff rude. Room was dirty. Have come here for years and really enjoyed it. We complained about beds that had sink holes in them, our room was switched and they charged us $300. Don’t come here if you want to relax and have fun. They make sure they ruin it. The kids are constantly being nit picked in pool area"

"We stayed in room 1302. The note from the owners said that it was newly remodeled, and they did a terrific job. Their maintenance is constantly working. The rules are stringent, but it keeps the property very well maintained. The HOA definitely cares about their community. The beaches aren’t too crowded, close to everything. I will definitely search for this condo again next year. We loved it! A terrific space for our family of 6!"

"Great location, well lit! Did not use the pool/river/hot tub, closed for the season anyway I think. Great beach access! Fast elevators. Ask about parking a large vehicle if you have one because the loading area and parking deck have a height limit and are a tight squeeze for longer vehicles. Our condo seemed to be updated nicely! Did not interact with any staff. Photos already posted by others are accurate. Booked through Vrbo."
