"If I had the opportunity to rate this a 0/5, I certainly would. I’ve been to multiple Sally Beauty stores in North Carolina but this one did not provide a good experience for me. Sonya was extremely rude and needs to work on her customer service skills. I don’t understand how this lady is working in a customer service position if she can’t treat people with respect. I just came in to shop instead I was treated poorly. Do better."
