"I made an appointment online and when I arrived they didn’t have me down and didn’t even know it was possible to make an appointment online lol but it was perfectly fine with me I totally understood. They were all so very sweet about it and I was ok with coming back another time but Kourtney was so very sweet and stayed late just to get my hair done. She definitely did not have to do that but that just shows you how wonderful of a person she is and everyone that works there. I was so comfortable there and they make sure you are taken care of the entire time. The best part is I was and am so happy with my hair. I almost cried because my hair hasn’t felt or looked this good in a long time like since I was a teenager. Kourtney definitely worked her magic and I could not be more happy!! I will definitely be back and you should check them out also. They are absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough!!!"

"scheduled my appointment roughly 2 weeks ago the lady who was supposed to do my hair waited till the day of to ask what needed to be done, when i provided what i needed she claimed she couldn’t do anything but one color all over and wasn’t able to service me. she canceled same day of appointment and left it very hard to find someone else to do my hair with any advance. if i could give no stars i would."
