"BED BUGS!!! This place is dirty and unsafe. We were confronted by a homeless man picking through the trash at the rear entrance which is supposed to be locked. IT NEVER IS. Gave him a couple bucks to leave us alone. He said he would guard our car from the others for $10. No hot water at peak times, only one tiny bar of soap for two people,bath faucet not bolted down, smoke alarm removed, small Dirty old fridge and microwave, rusted lamps, dirty carpet, our key card stopped working twice in one day. Had to go down the dark dirty stairs to find someone to let us in our room. The smell of pot and sounds of partying all night filled the hallway from the construction workers who piled in after work.They give them a commercial price break. My iPhone kept telling me not to trust the WIFI and blocked access to it. We opened our door in the morning to find it blocked by a mattress. After moving it we saw several mattresses. I asked a maintenance guy what’s going on? He said “we’re taking the ones with bed bugs out” that was it! We were out of there! The manager tony who’s appearance was more like the people living outside said “no bed bugs just renovating” Yeah right lol. We undressed in the garage leaving our clothes in the car with a bunch of bug bombs. Wilmington is a great city with many interesting places. The only interest you need to know here is STAY AWAY!!!"

"There are a lot of things wrong with this hotel room no fire detector all the fire sprinklers are disabled the microwave is so old we'll catch your food on fire. When I went to close the curtains. I found out that the air conditioner unit cover it's not connected. and they have car fresheners in the lamps the microwave is bolted to the frigerator in the refrigerator is bolted to the floor the TV is bolted to the nightstand it looks real. Unprofessional. The mattress was very hard. The shower heads are very old. The air conditioner vent inside the bathroom does not work. The sheets and comforter are definitely a very old have a lot of smoke holes and small tears in the sheets.We ask for non smoke room .For the price we paid for the hotel is really not worth it.$128.98 on top of that was a $50 holding fee. I've never had this with any other Hotel. Don't believe every Google photo you see of this hotel it's not true."

"Well it was terrible let's say our first night was not what It was supposed to be, but let's say room was supposed to be a king bed we had reserved a week in advance, we get there and they gave us a small bed and a room the size of a bathroom, well we were to have that for the whole weekend , we get up Saturday morning and go site seeing come back later that day and our key would not work, go to the office and the guy says they had us checking out knowing we were not. Well anyways they gave us another room and that was the room we were supposed to have had all weekend but we get in there and the phone doesn't work the curtains were dry rotted. The lamp shades and lamps where rusted not only that the comforters had burn holes all in them . all the rooms smelled of mildew and was musky. The carpets looked like someone spilled motor oil on them and left it they were nasty and filthy . this place needs to be updated with all the money this place brings in let me tell you that you can change these things and you might have a great place. I want be back and I definitely want tell anyone about this place I would be ashamed to tell anyone to go stay here it's very nasty place."

"Wifi availability. I watch HBO quietly while my friends got their needed sleep and respite. Plenty of vacancy. Clean lobby. We found the room clean and warm enough to meet our standards. Hot water and clean tub. We didn't ask for any extra amenities. Located right on Market Street in town near area recovery fellowship."
