"I purchased a car from them 7-6-20. The car was 16 years old with no warranty. But it was great. Had one problem with it. Took it back and Chris, the manager repair it, and we split the part and he didn't charge me labor (with no warranty). There was no way they could have known about the problem before it was sold to me. They are more than honest, friendly and fair. I would buy another vehicle from them any time. Thanks guys."

"I Bought my car here under a year ago. The service was great when I dealt with Terry (who no longer owns the business so I wouldn’t really pay attention to any of the previous reviews). The car came with new tires on it already. It has not even been a year yet and I have had to replace 2 of my tires. I also needed another thing fixed as well. When the guy called and told me the price he told me it was $215 and I even repeated it back to him to make sure because that was a pretty good price, when they called to tell me my car was ready the lady said it was $345. Now I know that things can be misunderstood, but a whole $100 misunderstood? I work part time and go to college I can’t really afford to spend $350 on fixing my car. The owner then told me it was my fault for misunderstanding the guy who I talked to on the phone. I will never go there for anything again and I would only recommend it if you want bad customer service."

"I recently bought a new vehicle from Terry's Auto, I would like to say I couldn't of gone to a better place!! I'm truly amazed at how they went above and beyond to make the deal go painless and flawlessly!! We had a few issues with the vehicle we bought I made one phone call they had the van in with in a few days and tried fixing it when he couldn't find the issue he extended my warranty and put new tires on my van :) I'm very glad I decided to go through Terry's Auto!! I recommend dealing with these honest good people :) Thank you for making my stressful car buying easy :) :)"
