"Literally go to any rentacenter but this one. there’s one like five mins away and they don’t act as ghetto as this one. The lady here acts like she owns rentacenter. Never heard professional conversation sound like that lmao. She acts like the eviction squad even if you’re a day late. Other rentacenter talk with more respect and they are more understanding. If you’re having troubles buying something all cash up front don’t expect them to work with you. Been having phone trouble they act like it’s the end of the world I’ve never been more than three weeks late from any rentacenter ever. Def last time I go thru her if not the whole company. Soemeone gotta show her how to not only talk to customers but talk to people normal ladies real ratchet and disturbing. Could learn to grow up a lil. Let me not get this mixed up with the rest of the staff bc they are all pretty good I’m speaking about the older lady"

"Driver got aggressive with my girl then lied about him breaking the table then went to pay the driver told me to meet outside cause I told him he lying the manager told me I disrespected her cause I stood my ground and no one helped us so update Raymond called us today and told us they accept employees threatening us and lying so I guess if u have connections in the store u can do anything rac y’all really disappointed us with ur customer service I guess here the customer grievance is not important but my money was"
"I do recommend the store located in the Sandford farms plaza the entire crew is incredibly helpful. Good prices, same day delivery at the beginning of the month. The manager goes out of her way to accommodate you."
