"The delivery was horrible. They had to remove the door to get dryer in the laundry room. Since they had to do that extra work I took that into consideration. After lots of struggle and force, the 2 gentleman got it through doorway. My dryer ended up all scratched and the door doesn't close like it's bent. They didn't hook it up because existing vent was blocked with lint and the outside access to vent was engulfed in weeds. So couldn't bother to remove old lint filled vent to replace with new due to some bushes that are dead from winter. They also never left new vent hose as requested. To replace the one they refused to install. Never buying appliances from here again. They deliver but have careless delivery associates."

"UPDATE: While moving it was discovered that the couch I had was too big to fit into the new apartment. Mike called the store because he had a good idea of what would work and Reggie found me a replacement set that met my needs and my budget. They delivered it the next business day!! They have made my life so much easier! Will definitely keep doing business with them!! The guys at the store and the ones that delivered were great."
