McDonald's

"I actually had a good experience here. I went to the drive through. I was next in line and it went quick. I gave my order, paid and was on my way. I looked in the bag and everything i had ordered was actually all there for once. The fries were fresh and the food was all fresh and hot. 5:50pm on a Tuesday night that makes sense but sometimes it's not the case. The staff was friendly and i appreciate when people take the time to smile and tell you to have a great evening. I certainly have had the opposite experience elsewhere but they got it right today at this location."

"Waited for our food at a table right in front of the counter for what seemed like forever. There was a crowd. Food sat on the counter for God knows how long because whoever sat it there did not call out our number and the crowd was covering the counter. We were actively listening for our number to be called, not absorbed in any conversation. Fries were not only cold but clearly undercooked. Someone put iced coffee lids in the lid dispensor (wth?) Bathrooms were disgusting, drink bar was wrecked, ice machine broken, tables were not wiped down...just really gross."

"The place is filthy everywhere. There are no clean tables. Trash strewn about. Bathrooms are worse than a truck stop. Save your money and eat out of a dumpster. It's that bad. It smells like a dumpster in this place."

"Food was cold, once nugget was jiggly because it was so poorly fried, the batter on the nuggets was wet and soft. Then, I was confused about the price that I had paid because I got 2 of the 2 for $3.50's plus 2 drinks and it came to $15 which I was confused about. I asked the boy at the pick up window (African American, Afro, and very skinny) for clarification on the receipt and in response he says "Well I don't have your total sooo.." I said "oh, ok" He proceeds to hand me my food, I try handing him the receipt explaining I got 2 of the 2 for $3.50's and 2 drinks and was charged $15.00 he then drops his hand, rolls his eyes, SUCKS HIS TEETH and calls out, "UGH, JEFF!..." I'm assuming calling for a supervisor or manager. As a previous District Manager of a fast food company myself.. this was very disheartening to experience. Not only did he not take 2 seconds to hear me out.. his body language and tone was very rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. "Hmm.. I'm not positive. Let me see if I can get a manager to help me with that." Was really all that needed to be said by him.. but instead, he decided to treat me like I am the reason his life is not going well. Customer Service is required to work at food chains, if you're employees don't have it, get rid of them. Because I the girl who took my payment was sweet as can be. Shake the tree and get rid of employees at the window that are customer facing and hurting your business. Sincerely, a concerned entrepreneur."

"I didn’t even get my food. Because they asked me “welcome to McDonald’s may I take your order?” And I said my order, and they said it would be ready in 6 minutes. 6 minutes later I had NO FOOD and no shoes. They stole my shoes at the McDonald’s and I got no food. The Dairy Queen is better. Go to Dairy Queen"
