Lots of younger girls seeing businesses like this are especially impressionable and it just feeds into the disordered eating narrative. Food is food! Who is to make us feel guilty for certain foods?"

"I'm so glad I started using Built without Guilt! I don't cook, and getting through the pandemic has been challenging and not very healthy. These are healthy meals, in healthy portions. Great. But they're also REALLY good, so I keep coming back. Some items are there every week, but main entrees rotate for variety. I'm kind of a picky eater, and I've loved everything I've had so far. Like, take a bite and say, "Man, that's really good!" out loud with my mouth full good. I'm saving money on take-out, and I know I'm getting at least a few meals a week that are healthy."
