"I am so happy I went to this store! I was wearing shoes 2 sizes too small and now I am so excited to put on my new shoes, it's been 3 days and my back feels better in them! Do not trust those metal feet sizers in the store.. I think everyone could benefit from coming here to at least make sure you know your accurate shoe size. Can't thank Mona enough!"
"My Latina wife and I went in today looking for shoes for her for work. She went and looked around and I sat down. After five minutes she came over to me and whispered “let’s go.” As we were walking out she told me she had never felt more unwelcome in a store. She said 2 different sales people looked her up and down and then looked away. Another woman came in and they immediately walked over to her and asked if she needed any help. Definitely not a welcoming environment."
