"If you’re used to state parks type privacy then you’ll be disappointed with this place. All of the RV spots are within feet of each other easily hearing each others convos. And there are no trees in between either so a dog run is out of the question. We did get lucky and had nice neighbors. Also the camp-host location sits directly facing the rv spots. And I believe it’s on the owners property as well. Feels like you’re being monitored. The alpha animal at this location are plump roosters. They go around cleaning up crumbs left behind from campers. Kids did find this entertaining. Apparently they had electrical surges while we were there and it melted our hookups and the neighbors. They didn’t offer a replacement when I mentioned it wasn’t like that before. Location wise is good as it’s about 20 mins from downtown blue ridge. Would be nice if there was a playground for the kiddos. If you fish, use live worms. Trout loved it."

"Lots of fun tubing down the Toccoa river. The last bit of class 2 rapids was super fun. The bus was waiting for us when we got out of the water and it was a quick, less than 10 minute ride back to the parking area."

"Awesome camping experience overall. Clean bathrooms, plenty of showers, great views, friendly staff. Tubing was a lot of fun, even for young kids. The only thing I would suggest is having a little play area for kids."

"Great place just need to make a few upgrades and package deals. And I understand religion and all but if you opened up on Sunday it could really make the experience there better."

"Nice clean campground. Bathrooms were immaculate! Very quiet even though spots were fairly close together. Staff was courteous. Verizon and tmoble cell service is pretty much non existent however which is not their fault. Just be aware you will not have service."
