"We ordered 3 sandwiches which all should have had avocado and none did. Ordered the chicken cordon blue sub and they didn't put the chicken on. This was drive through and it took a while with nobody else in line. At lot of mistakes for a $77 tab. Disappointing to say the least!"
"My order is constantly prepared wrong, they skimp on filling to-go soup cups, the saladveggies are often wilted or clearly had been frozen. Today my salad had some sort of flying insect in it. Food quality standards here are epically low. Never ordering again!"

"Really a gorgeous Panera. Like, I don't know if I'll be able to ever look at the crossgates commons location ever again after visiting this one. It's absolutely huge, perfectly clean, and has actual full booths as well as all different sizes and shapes of tables. My only complains were that my butter was too cold to spread and my bagel was slightly burnt. But the atmosphere made up for it."
